The Goat Tomme is aged about 80 days. The cheese has a rich concentration of flavor from raw milk given by goats munching on countless native grasses, herbs and flowers. True terrior.
Twig Farm is owned by Michael Lee and Emily Sunderman. Their goats spend their days on 20 acres of pasture and rocky ledges in West Cornwall, Vermont. Emily and Michael say, “We love and respect our goats and treat them as valued employees.”
