A sharp, creamy, tangy goat gouda. The cheesemaker strives to make the cheese in the style of a classic Dutch gouda with a touch of Oregon flavor.
Computer industry veterans Flavio and Margie DeCastilhos started a farm and cheesemaking facility from scratch in Central Oregon to focus on “food from the soul.”
